Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, callback request or Plan Something Khaas consultation, we collect the details you provide so we can understand your request and contact you about it.
This may include your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, occasion, preferred date, location, budget range, approximate people count, message, relationship, recipient name or nickname, milestone age, likes or interests, dislikes or things to avoid, meaningful context, ideas in mind, must-include details and preferred contact method.
Website context we store
The website may store privacy-safe context with a lead, such as the landing page, UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, referring page and Laravel session identifier.
For CTA analytics, the website may store anonymous event details such as CTA type, page URL, route or context, related experience, landing page, UTM fields, referrer, session identifier and browser user agent. These events are kept separate from personal lead details and are not used to identify historical browsing after a person submits a form.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry and consultation information to respond to you, understand the person and occasion, shape a relevant Khaas Memories plan, operate the website, protect forms from spam and understand which website actions are useful.
Cookies and sessions
The website uses Laravel session technology for normal website operation, CSRF protection, form handling and privacy-safe attribution. It does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or external analytics packages.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may use normal website hosting, email, communication, database and technical service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. When an experience is discussed further, relevant vendors or locations may be involved only as needed to plan or coordinate the requested experience.
Retention
Enquiry and website operation records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business, communication, security and record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs.
