Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, callback request or Plan Something Khaas consultation, we collect the details you provide so we can understand your request and contact you about it.
This may include your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, occasion, preferred date, approximate start time or available time window, location, budget range, approximate people count, message, relationship, recipient name or nickname, milestone age, likes or interests, dislikes or things to avoid, meaningful context, ideas in mind, must-include details and preferred contact method.
Website context we store
During your current website session, we remember the first page you visit and limited campaign labels (UTM source, medium and campaign). If you submit a form, this context helps us understand how you reached us. Page identities are stored as paths, without query strings or fragments. Referrers are limited to a page path or an external website origin and path; arbitrary query parameters are discarded.
For CTA analytics, we store the action type, current page path, context, related experience, first landing path where available, limited campaign labels, a sanitized referrer, session identifier and bounded browser user agent. These events stay separate from personal leads. Clicking Call or WhatsApp does not automatically create a lead or identify who made the call or message.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry and consultation information to respond to you, understand the person and occasion, shape a relevant Khaas Memories plan, operate the website, protect forms from spam and understand which website actions are useful.
Cookies and sessions
The website uses Laravel session technology for normal website operation, CSRF protection, form handling and privacy-safe attribution. It does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or external analytics packages.
The database-backed session system can also record the request IP address and browser user agent as normal technical session metadata. This is distinct from the limited CTA event records. We do not create a browser fingerprint or a cross-session advertising identity, and moving between form steps does not save your partial planning or contact answers.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may use normal website hosting, email, communication, database and technical service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. When an experience is discussed further, relevant vendors or locations may be involved only as needed to plan or coordinate the requested experience.
Retention
Enquiry and website operation records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business, communication, security and record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs.
